The NHL is always chasing targets. Sometimes to its detriment, because the league usually confuses targets with motion. What the league actually needs is to assign the Dead Puck Era to the land of wind and ghosts without end, which it just about has. It needs a quick sport displaying off the talents of gamers and never the flexibility of some plug to easily waterski behind all those that are higher and quicker than him, which it just about has.
