It’s already been one year because the demise of music icon Olivia Newton-John, who died in August 2022 following an extended battle with most cancers.
To mark the anniversary, a few of these closest to her have spoken out to honour Newton-John’s reminiscence.
The singer’s niece Tottie Goldsmith spoke candidly of the late star on Today Extra this morning.
“It’s quite surreal that it’s a year. It’s a weird thing to get your head around,” Goldsmith admitted.

The Aussie actress went on to share particulars of a memorial deliberate by the household.
“We’re having a family memorial tonight, I’ve cut together a whole lot of photos, got all my cousins and siblings to send me photos,” she mentioned.
“We’re all gonna be on Zoom and have our own little memorial tonight, which will be beautiful.”

Of Newton-John’s legacy in the cancer space, Lattanzi expressed how “grateful” she feels to carry on her mother’s work.
“I wish to broaden the wellness middle, the type of therapy that folks can obtain,” she mentioned.

“She is constant to heal and encourage folks, even when she’s crossed over to a different aircraft.”

Speaking to fans is not the only way Lattanzi feels connected to her mother.
The 37-year-old explained the spiritual significance of living on Newton-John’s ranch.
“Even although I really feel her round me in spirit, it is a tangible place the place I really feel my mom. Like, I can stroll on the soil and be like, ‘Her foot was right here’,” she said.
“And I can sit on her favorite seat and know that she sat there a thousand instances and simply visualise sitting on her lap.
“She’s still alive there for me.”
