Quando Rondo has been nabbed in Georgia for what legislation enforcement officers are calling “street gang activity” and possession of managed substances.
Law enforcement officers advised TMZ that Quando was nabbed on Friday (June 16) in Macon, GA. The officers advised the outlet that the rapper (actual title Tyquian Terrel Bowman) allegedly labored with as much as 18 different people to have interaction in drug offers between October 2022 and June 2023.
Rondo was charged with “2 counts of conspiracy to violate Georgia’s controlled substances law, 1 count of participating in criminal activity affiliated with a street gang, and 1 count of illegal use of a cell phone to facilitate a drug deal,” per TMZ.
He’s at the moment being held within the Chatham County jail, and has not been launched as of this writing.
Before getting locked up for these new fees, Quando Rondo had come below fireplace for a few of his extra colourful opinions.
Last month, in a sit-down interview with Dirty Glove Bastard as a part of their “Off The Porch” sequence, the Savannah, Georgia native made it clear that he wasn’t feeling Lil Durk.
“We blessed, we angels,” he started. “But, on God … I ain’t tryna die for Durk. I’m not! I’mma keep it real!”
Rondo had a unique opinion about Lul Tim, the person allegedly chargeable for the homicide of Durk’s shut good friend and collaborator, King Von.
“I’d die for this man, though,” he mentioned, pointing to Lul Tim who was sat subsequent to him. “N-gga, if I knew, I’d lay down my life and die for this man. Slit throat. Right now, on God. Because I know — I know — he’d do the same for me. Shit, he almost did. I take that shit to heart.”
This isn’t the primary time that Quando Rondo has sung the praises of Lul Tim. Back in 2021, Quando took to his Instagram tales to share an image of matching iced-out watches that he received for himself and his longtime good friend.
“Me and My Twin,” he wrote within the caption.
Quando’s seeming indifference to the loss of life of King Von could stem from their longtime beef that wasn’t resolved on the time of Von’s homicide.
And the feud between Quando and Von has continued, even after the Chicago rapper’s loss of life. During a digital live performance in April of that very same yr, Quando allegedly delivered one more shot disrespecting Von, rapping: “He got caught without that pole and now that bitch ass n-gga gone … I’ll piss on his grave!”
