“They are engaged. They both want to be married. It’s important for them,” the supply says.

In November, the couple introduced that they’re anticipating their first baby collectively. The insider tells PEOPLE that the Batman star “can’t wait to be a dad.”

Earlier this week, the couple sparked engagement rumors after Waterhouse was noticed sporting a hoop on her left hand whereas they had been seen strolling round London on Monday in images revealed by TMZ.

The couple’s engagement follows Waterhouse’s announcement that they’re anticipating whereas performing onstage eventually month’s Corona Capital Festival in Mexico.
