Scheana Shay spoke out on Twitter after Raquel Leviss‘ restraining order towards her was dropped.
After hinting that she’ll take authorized motion towards Raquel’s submitting, which she claims abused the courtroom system, the Vanderpump Rules star addressed her courtroom win on Twitter as her husband, Brock Davies, weighed in on his Instagram Story.
“Justice SURved,” Scheana tweeted on March 29, together with a peace signal emoji.
Also on social media on Wednesday, Brock shared a photograph from courtroom and shaded Raquel’s submitting towards his spouse.

Following the dismissal of Raquel’s order towards Scheana, Raquel’s legal professional launched an announcement, explaining why she was not current on the listening to.
“Scheana and her attorney were notified from the reunion to emails that Raquel wasn’t moving forward with the RO. The court was notified by Raquel’s counsel that we were not attending and are not moving forward and we had filed the paperwork requested by the court clerk which is stamped received,” the legal professional defined to Entertainment Tonight.
“Their attendance was to grandstand which was predictable but at least he finally admits there was physicality involved and Raquel stands by her initial statement that Scheana punched her in the face supported by photos of her bruised eyebrow bone and slashed eyebrow. Not the dark circles that Scheana is trying to deflect towards,” they added.
But in accordance with Scheana, it wasn’t she who was “grandstand-ing.”
“She didn’t drop it, which is why we had to come here today. With this type of restraining order, there’s no way to dismiss the case,” she defined to TMZ outdoors of the courtroom room. “That’s why we had to show up.”
“I think her absence today further proves that this was all a PR stunt from the beginning, trying to just deflect from [her affair with Tom Sandoval], save face, and abuse the court system,” Scheana continued, shedding gentle on actual victims of home violence.
“There’s people out there that actually need this,” she acknowledged. “There are really victims of domestic violence out there. There’s amazing organizations such as Futures Without Violence, LifeWire, who help people who really need this so the abuse of process it’s just… Phew.”
Then, after saying “hell no” to a possible reconciliation with Raquel, Scheana revealed she’s assembly together with her lawyer this week to debate taking motion towards Raquel for her allegedly bogus courtroom submitting.
“I’m gonna have a meeting with my lawyer this week and you’re gonna have to talk to him about that,” she shared.
Also throughout her interview with TMZ, Scheana commented on how Raquel’s affair with Sandoval has impacted Ariana Madix.
“It’s extremely unfortunate. Ariana doesn’t deserve what has happened to her,” she mentioned. “I’m just here to be her support system.”
