Thirty-one-year-old Merry has vowed by no means to have her coronary heart damaged once more. When her Aunt Ava asks her to house-sit Chestnut Cottage to take care of her menagerie of animals, Merry jumps at the alternative. Perhaps spending Christmas in the snowy Scottish Highlands can be simply the escape she wants…
