Sonic the Hedgehog co-creator Yuji Naka has been given a suspended jail sentence for insider buying and selling.
News of this sentencing comes from IGN (through IGN Japan), which reviews that the 57-year-old was “found guilty of violating Japan’s Financial Instruments and Exchange Act” for insider buying and selling after a July 7 courtroom look on the Tokyo District Court.
