Sonic’s Pal Spins Off Into His Own TV Show

Spinning out of the occasions of the Sonic the Hedgehog movie franchise, right here comes an entire TV sequence about Knuckles. 

Idris Elba does his voice and the whole lot.

Paramount+ is bringing Elba and his aggro echidna to his personal streaming present, which is outwardly set between the occasions of Sonic the Hedgehog 2 and the upcoming Sonic the Hedgehog 3 motion pictures. Based on the present’s official trailer (see under), Sonic and Tails each seem in Knuckles, though the main target is squarely on the title character, and his relationship with a human character performed by Adam Pally.

The new live-action sequence will observe Knuckles (Idris Elba) on a hilarious and action-packed journey of self-discovery as he agrees to coach Wade (Adam Pally) as his protégé and educate him the methods of the Echidna warrior.

Knuckles premieres on Paramount+ on April 26. I swear I didn’t make any of this up. It’s all actual. Look on the calendar; April Fools Day is over a month away.
