The Duchess of Edinburgh has stated she is “praying” for an elderly lady who is in crucial situation after being struck by her royal motorcade in London on Tuesday afternoon.
The Metropolitan Police have confirmed that the accident, which noticed a police motorbike collide with a pedestrian, befell within the afternoon, round 3.21pm, close to the junction of Cromwell Road and Warwick Road in Earl’s Court.
Paramedics from the London Ambulance Service and London’s Air Ambulance attended the scene, and the lady was taken to hospital. She stays in a crucial situation and her household have been knowledgeable.
