Kristen Stewart has a transparent message to the haters over {a magazine} cowl that has social media buzzing.
The star of Love Lies Bleeding stopped by The Late Show with Stephen Colbert to advertise her newest movie and talked in regards to the backlash over her Rolling Stone cowl.
Colbert introduced up the duvet that has generated a whole lot of buzz on social media and revealed CBS had barred him from exhibiting it on the late-night present.
“I just want you to know and the audience to know that I think it’s a perfectly lovely cover,” Colbert instructed Stewart. “We were asked by CBS not to show it. They thought that would be not a good idea for us to show this and I don’t understand why.”
Stewart is pictured on the journal’s cowl with out a bra, sporting a leather-based vest, and posing together with her proper hand down her jockstrap.
After cheers and applause from the viewers seeing the duvet, Colbert mentioned, “I want to say that you look better in a jockstrap than I ever did.”
The CBS host mentioned that the duvet upset lots of people and browse a submit from X, the social media platform previously referred to as Twitter, that learn, “Rolling Stone turns Kristen Stewart into a MAN to push gender ideology on its readers.”
“Oh, God, so scary,” Stewart reacted to the submit.

I think it’s a little ironic because I feel like I’ve seen a lot of male pubic hair on the cover of things; I’ve seen a lot of hands in pants… I think there’s a certain overt acknowledgment of female sexuality that has its own volition that is annoying for people that are sexist and homophobic.”
Colbert mentioned that some folks would possibly really feel that Stewart’s cowl “violates expectations of female sexuality,” to which Stewart added, “Yes, because female sexuality isn’t supposed actually want anything but to be had and that feels like it’s protruding in a way that might be annoying, but f*** you.”
