Now into its ninth 12 months, We Need Diverse Books has introduced this 12 months’s slate of winners for their Walter Awards. Named after legendary creator of books for youngsters and younger adults, Walter Dean Myers, the Walter Awards honor various authors who’ve printed excellent works with various characters and tales.
