The first chapter in Star Trek: The Animated Celebration Presents the Scheimer Barrier was launched immediately, September 8th, to rejoice Star Trek Day 2023. This 12 months, the date marks the 50th anniversary of the authentic airdate of the first episode of Star Trek: The Animated Series, “Beyond the Farthest Star.”
In addition to releasing the first chapter of Star Trek: The Animated Celebration Presents the Scheimer Barrier, StarTrek.com can also be marking the event with the first of 5 Star Trek: very Short Treks entries, “Skin a Cat.” Like the comedian, these shorts are from the thoughts of Kelly. The Beat obtained the likelihood to talk with Kelly at San Deigo Comic Con 2023:
“Skin a Cat” options Star Trek: Discovery and Star Trek: Strange New Worlds alum Ethan Peck as Spock and Star Trek: Prodigy alums Bonnie Gordon and Eric Bauza. Also showing are Franchise newcomers Cristina Milizia and Pete Holmes. You can watch “Skin a Cat” now, with the subsequent 4 shorts to be launched every Wednesday via October 4th, 2023.

After further chapters of Star Trek: The Animated Celebration Presents the Scheimer Barrier make their debut on StarTrek.com all through the month of September, IDW Comics may have a bodily version out there at New York Comic Con 2023 in October.
