The Winners of the 2023 Ringo Awards

The winners of the 2023 Ringo Awards have been introduced final weekend at Baltimore Comic Con. Winners have been picked by a poll vote of comics business professionals.

Some notable mentions from the 2023 Ringo Awards embrace:

Kate Beaton and her graphic memoir Ducks: Two Years in the Oil Sands (Drawn & Quarterly) holds course as THE award juggernaut of 2023, successful Beaton each the Best Non-Fiction Comic Work and Best Cartoonist classes on this 12 months’s Ringo Awards.
Up-and-comer Zoe Thorogood continues so as to add plaudits. Having already acquired the Russ Manning Most Promising Newcomer Award at this 12 months’s Eisners, her unique autobio It’s Lonely At The Center of the Earth (Image Comics) acquired the 2023 Ringo for Best Original Graphic Novel
