A girl and her youthful brother who filed a lawsuit earlier this month towards Tiffany Haddish and Aries Spears, accusing the comedic duo of coercing them into making sexually themed sketch movies once they had been minors, dropped the civil motion Tuesday and mentioned the household has “put this behind us.”

The lawsuit, filed Aug. 30 in federal court docket in California, accused Haddish and Spears of arranging for the youngsters, who had been 14 and seven on the time of the 2013 incident, to be paid to seem in promotional movies through their mom – a pal of Haddish’s from the comedy circuit.
