Seun Kuti, the youngest offspring of the enduring Afrobeat trailblazer Fela Anikulapo-Kuti, has shared his views on the brand new chief of Nigeria, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, and their distinctive relationship.
During a current dialog with media persona Chude Jideonwo, Seun Kuti delved into his affiliation with the president.

“My relationship with President Tinubu on a private stage may be very strong. I grew up figuring out him as an uncle. He was an excellent pal of uncle Beko . He was a political mentor to me rising up as a baby.
“Many of the concepts that I perceive in the present day, it was these males that taught me as a baby rising up. Knowing them combating for democracy on this nation with NADECO, even when he went on exile… Wale Soyinka, uncle Beko, Asiwaju, these had been the lads who fought for our democracy.
During Tinubu’s first time period as Governor of Lagos State, I carried out in any respect his rallies. I’ve all the time been near him personally. But I don’t have any political relationship with him. And even at that, I don’t suppose it’s anyone’s enterprise.
