Tom Johnston is not going to tour with the Doobie Brothers on the upcoming leg of their Fiftieth-anniversary tour due to a again damage.
According to a press launch, Johnston is scheduled to endure surgical procedure and, as suggested by medical doctors, “should not be performing at this time.” The tour will proceed with Pat Simmons, Michael McDonald and John McFee, starting May 25 in Hollywood, Florida. Johnston is predicted to return to the stage after he recovers.
