Paramount+ has launched a trailer for an attention-grabbing new Korean earthquake survival thriller sequence referred to as Bargain. The sequence affords the survival tales of a number of totally different characters who’re trapped in a collapsed constructing. To make issues much more attention-grabbing, the constructing is used as an organ trafficking ring, posing as a brothel to lure in males. This sequence seems to be wild!
Based on Lee Chung-hyun’s award-winning quick movie of the identical title, “this darkly funny, endlessly entertaining, and unpredictable series keeps us guessing what might be around every corner. Every character ― buyers, sellers, and bystanders alike ― is thrown into a desperate struggle to survive not only the crumbling building, but also the circumstances that brought them there in the first place.”
In the series, “Men are lured to a remote hotel under the guise of sexual encounters only to be caught in a trafficking ring where their organs are auctioned off to the highest bidder. After a catastrophic earthquake, the victims, traffickers and buyers all are trapped inside the crumbling building. Cut off from the outside world, they must fight to survive the aftermath at any cost.”
The series stars Jin Sun-kyu, Jun Jong-seo, Chang Ryul, and more. This initially premiered in Korea in October last year on the TVING service. It’s also premiering at the 2023 Toronto Film Festival. Paramount+ will release it on October 5th, 2023.
