A24 has launched the first trailer for the upcoming wrestling biopic, The Iron Claw, which tells the dramatic and tragic story of the wrestling dynasty of the Von Erich brothers. This seems prefer it’s going to be a terrific film!
The film stars Zac Efron, Jeremy Allen White, Harris Dickinson, and Holt McCallany. The movie follows “the rise and fall of the family dynasty of wrestlers who made a huge impact on the sport from the 1960s to the present day.” As brothers needed to battle inside the ring, outdoors they discovered themselves coping with a sequence of tragedies that turned often known as the “Von Erich curse.”
In the movie, Efron performs Kevin Von Erich, White portrays Kerry Von Erich, Dickinson performs David Von Erich, and McCallany performs Fritz Von Erich.
The film was written and directed by Sean Durkin (Martha Marcy May Marlene), and it additionally stars Lily James (Downton Abbey, Yesterday, Pam & Tommy) as Kevin’s spouse Pam, and Maura Tierney as the household’s matriarch Doris.
A24 will launch the movie on December twenty second.
