UFC president Dana White has publicly apologised for slapping his wife on New Year’s Eve after the incident was caught on digicam.
Dana, 53, and his wife Anne Stella White, additionally 53, had been filmed entering into an altercation at a Cabo San Lucas nightclub on New Year’s Eve evening.

Speaking to TMZ, Dana issued a honest apology, saying there was “no excuse” for his actions.
“You’ve heard me say for years, ‘There’s never, ever an excuse for a guy to put his hands on a woman,’ and now here I am on TMZ talking about it,” he mentioned.
“My wife and I have been married for almost 30 years. We’ve known each other since we were 12 years old,” he added. “We’ve obviously been through some s–t together. We’ve got three kids.”
The pair share sons Dana Jr, Aidan, and daughter Savannah.

Anne additionally spoke out after the incident, defending her husband.
“Dana and I have been married for almost 30 years. To say this is out of character for him is an understatement; nothing like this has ever happened before,” she instructed TMZ Sports. The pair married in 1996 and have now been married for 26 years.
“Unfortunately, we were both drinking too much on New Year’s Eve and things got out of control, on both sides.”
She added: “We’ve talked this through as a family and apologized to each other. I just hope people will respect our privacy for the sake of our kids.”
Meantime Dana has not addressed the incident on his social media and seems to be conserving a low profile.
