Another year of UFC motion is upon us. Fans will hope for the long-awaited return of Conor McGregor, however MMA’s flagship promotion is producing extra stars with every passing month, and plenty of of them have already got bouts scheduled for 2024.
While McGregor’s deliberate fight with Michael Chandler remains to be up within the air, the primary three pay-per-view of the year will see title contests involving the controversial Sean Strickland, featherweight king Alexander Volkanovski, and celebrity Sean O’Malley.
Strickland produced an all-time nice upset to win the middleweight title from Israel Adesanya in 2023, and he’ll defend the belt for the primary time when he faces Dricus Du Plessis in January. Then, Volkanovski places his gold on the road towards rising contender Ilia Topuria in February. In March, O’Malley will defend his bantamweight belt in a rematch with the one man to beat him, Marlon “Chito” Vera, earlier than UFC 300 rolls round in April.
Elsewhere, the vacant ladies’s bantamweight title is up for grabs between Raquel Pennington and Mayra Bueno Silva in January, and there are loads extra nice fights arising. Check out all the UFC’s confirmed fights for 2024, under (playing cards topic to alter):
