Video has surfaced of Gunna in courtroom taking his plea deal.
On Wednesday night time (Dec. 14), hours after he was launched from jail, video hit the web that exhibits the Atlanta rapper confessing to information of sure criminal activity because it pertains to YSL in courtroom. “I recognize, accept and deeply regret that my talent and music indirectly furthered YSL the gang to the detriment of my community,” the lady concludes.

Gunna was launched from Fulton County Jail in Atlanta in the present day after making an Alford plea to a racketeering cost within the YSL RICO case. In flip, he was sentenced to 5 years in jail. “I have chosen to end my own RICO case with an Alford plea and end my personal ordeal by publicly acknowledging my association with YSL,” Gunna provides. “An Alford plea in my case is the entry of a guilty plea to the one charge against me, which is in my best interest, while at the same time maintaining my innocence toward the same charge. I love and cherish my association with YSL music, and always will. I look at this as an opportunity to give back to my community and educate young men and women that ‘gangs’ and violence only lead to destruction.”
Young Thug, Gunna and 26 different affiliate of YSL had been arrested again in May and charged in a widespread indictment that accuses the label of really being a violent avenue gang that wreaked havoc in Atlanta. Young Thug stays behind bars after being denied bond on a number of events. The YSL RICO case is about to be tried on Jan. 9, 2023. Over 300 witnesses are slated to take the stand for the prosecution.
