Blessing Mariam Akiode, the rising Nigerian singer, who is healthier generally known as Candy Bleakz, has talked about girls in leisure.
She mentioned the shortage of relationship between feminine artistes is the explanation it’s tougher for them to thrive within the music business in comparison with their male counterparts.
She mentioned it’s notably tough for her to be accepted by her feminine colleagues due to her distinctive model of music.
The 23-year-old appeared on the most recent episode of the Clout Africa podcast.
Candy Bleakz mentioned:-
“For [Nigerian] feminine artistes usually, there is no such thing as a relationship amongst feminine artistes. No vibe, no nothing, you already know.
“Then now, my music is now even different from what they are doing, now I’m trying to like sync myself in, like, yo, I’m here. What’s up? So, it’s harder.”
