X-Men is on hearth in approach it hasn’t been in a while, with the books doing nicely on the stands, MCU debuts on the horizon, and the again points blowing up on the aftermarket. This is very true of the period that started with Giant Size X-Men. Once Wolverine, Storm, Colossus, and extra joined the ranks, we have been off to the races. A very good 150-200 concern run that arguably is the biggest in comics historical past. One of these points, #229, is taking bids on Heritage Auctions right now in a CGC grade of 9.8. I liked Marc Silvestri‘s pencils again then. Just epic stuff, particularly the covers.
