Next month Dark Horse Comics will launch The Ones #3, the penultimate difficulty of the Jinxworld collection from author Brian Michael Bendis, artist Jacob Edgar, colorist Ok.J. Diaz, and letterer Joshua Reed. The collection follows a gathering of ‘chosen ones’ as they have to deal with having failed to stop the tip of the world. Now forward of its launch The Beat is happy to current a preview of the difficulty.
Here’s how Dark Horse describes the difficulty:
Now that it’s dawned on the Ones that they aren’t “the One” resentment begins to overhaul our merry band of chosen ones and most of them resolve to go the place the cash is. This will not be what the prophecy foretold. Very irritating. Find out what occurs subsequent when the chosen ones principally inform us to all go EFF ourselves.
The Ones is the most recent new collection from the Brian Michael Bendis-curated Jinxworld imprint at Dark Horse. Other Jinxworld releases from the writer embrace Joy Operations with artist Stephen Byrne and Pearl with Michael Gaydos. The writer can also be releasing new editions of earlier Bendis work, having simply introduced a brand new launch for Fortune & Glory earlier this week.
